[ExchangeList] Outlook 2003 Calendar not synchronizing

-------------------------------------------------------Has anyone ever had this 
issue - where the calendar does not synch in cached
mode?
he is not working offline
his calendar is checked in the send/receive settings -
we checked to make sure he is in cached mode - 
what am I overlooking?
