Opinions, Experiences: Third-party Ex5.5 - 2000 Migration Tools?

I was wondering if anyone would like to share any experiences with
third-party migration tools.  I have used the MS tools in the past and I
know they were lacking in some areas.  Has anyone used/evaluated any
third-party tools.  Are they worth the $$ or do we just bite the bullet and
go with the MS tools?
