Please help if you can. Thank you for your time- Susan I am running Exchange 5.5 on an NT 4.0 server with SP6a. I created my 1st Outlook form using Outlook 97(which is an HR survey) and published it to my Personal Folder. What I am trying to do is setup an HR Survey that other companies in the area can access via OWA using a temporary username and password. I was hoping that by creating a temporary account they can answer the survey I created in Outlook. However, when I went to the internet and connected to OWA and viewed the EMAIL I sent (which contained the Outlook survery)I did not see the Outlook form I created with the HR survey questions. Instead, it just gave me the text of the questions and bracketed {} choices for possible answers. What did I do wrong? I have to have this survey working today. Is it an OWA configuration issue? The server I am running OWA on has Outlook 97 installed as well. Please help? _________________________________________________________________ Join the world's largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: discussions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
