That's it, thanks. However, while it work's on my PC, it doesn't work on the user's PC I want it for. The error message, when clicking on the folder is: "Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders couldn't be opened." She seems to have the same permissions assigned as me. Any further guidance appreciated. Go to Tools Menu. Select Services. Select Properties for Microsoft Exchange. Select Advanced. There you will see: "Open Aditional Mailboxes". Select Add and type the mailbox name. Don't forget to give yourself the right to open that mailbox. I know how to open another user's folder in a new window. However, I have previously been able to open another user's inbox so that it is permanently open in my Outlook 2000, in the Folder List under "Mailbox - User Name", but I've forgotten how I did it. Could someone enlighten me, please?
