Go to Tools Menu.
Select Services.
Select Properties for Microsoft Exchange.
Select Advanced.
There you will see: "Open Aditional Mailboxes".
Select Add and type the mailbox name. Don't forget to give yourself the
right to open that mailbox.

Subject: [exchangelist] Open Other User's Folder

http://www.MSExchange.org/ - Re-Vamped!

I know how to open another user's folder in a new window. However, I
have
previously been able to open another user's inbox so that it is
permanently
open in my Outlook 2000, in the Folder List under "Mailbox - User Name",
but
I've forgotten how I did it. Could someone enlighten me, please?

Cheers, Helen
