Gopi, What is the default Public folder store set to for the new
mailboxes. Looks like you are not replicating the Offline Address Book
to this Public store. You can configure the current Offline Address Book
System Public folder to replicate to all servers in your organization.
Then the OAB download will work.

Raj

        Hi All,
I've an Exchange server hosting 800 mailboxes. I've
installed another Exchange server on cluster part of the same
organization and moved few users to the new users.

Now the users who are on the new server are getting this error
when they synchronize " 0x8004010f" , I guess this is because of Offline
Address list which is pointing to the old server. How do I make it to
point to the new server also.

        Please help.

        Regards
        Gopi
