OWA Keeps loading for InBox

Hi;
Have an Exchange 2000 Server w/ OWA on the same box -- 50-60 users.
Have one user who recently can not access InBox on Outlook Web Access. It
keeps showing loading.... He can access all other folders etc w/ no problem.
Local access through Outlook is fine and so it Terminal Service access. None
of the other users are experiencing this problem... it occurs w/in the LAN
and remotely.
I had URLScan installed at one time on this server, but removed it quite
some time ago.
Any insight would be appreciated.
