I have set this up before and it was pretty easy. I believe the trick is
to add the virtual IP address in your TCPIP stack so that you have both
the local IP address and the shared virtual IP address are on both
computers.
then add the virtual address to your web site or make sure the site is
listening to all interfaces (default).
there are some command line utilities you can use to verify your NLB
cluster has converged properly. Then everything should work fine.
