Hi Mark, I recently upgraded my exchange server to service pack 3.
Everything is fine except OWA. When users try and acces their mailboxes
via OWA they get access denied thrice and their accounts are locked. My
boss is currently out of the country and he's giving me enough pressure
over this. Kindly help

Thanks

Abdallah

Thank you John, they are great suggestions, the clustering may be an
issue, this book is really going to focus on installing and securing
Exchange 2003 and a quick reference, and although Clustering is very
important it would really be out of the scope for this book, but that's
not to say I wont write another book with it in :-), and early next year
there are going to be some excellent books on Exchange 2003 released.

I would like to see chapters on OWA and using front end servers
including the role of ISA to protect the exchange systems. SSL and other
forms of security to use with OWA.

Don't for get the chapters on clusters. It is difficult to find quality
information on Exchange clusters. There is some out there but not too
extensive. May be at the end of each chapter explain the concept with
regards to how it does or does not effect clusters.

Mailbox permissions and procedures to assign rights in different
scenarios.
