I have a pesky problem that seems to have arisen out of the blue. Mail is queuing in the C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue We are running Exchange 2003 on a Win 2003 server (non-DC) we have a connector to the ISA Server (Win 2003) Mail is flowing internally and we are receiving mail from outside, but the mail to go out keeps queuing up. I HAVE found a solution, but it is a drastic one - shutting down and restarting the Exchange Server. That clears the backlog. I have stop and started separately all the Exchange Services and the SMTP service on the Exchange server, but this does not fix the problem - only a complete reboot. I can't find anything in the event logs to point to the problem. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
