Does this go further than just the name? The new Exchange computer has the
same name as the old. When I first looked at her Outlook settings it
appeared that it was resolving over Appletalk instead of TCP/IP.
Actually, that gave me an idea. I'll just point her to the IP address of the
mail server...

There is a file in Mac which is similar lmhosts in microsoft OS. Did
you check that file?.
I dont remember the name of the file, perhaps hosts or even lmhosts.
Try to check that. You probably added your old server there, and now you
need to add the new one as well in this file. At that way your clients
should be able to solve their name's new server.

I just moved our Exchange 5.5 SP4 on NT4 SP6a to Exchange 5.5 SP4 on Win2k
SP3. All is fine with all my Windows Outlook clients. But my Mac person
cannot access now through Outlook. I cannot see difference for her through
the server or on her Mac. Any ideas? It says it cannot find the Exchange
server, that there are network problems. She can browse on the Internet. She
can even access her mail via OWA. Any ideas?
