MS Exchange 5.5

I work for a small non-profit organization and we want to be able to
have public access to our Outlook Calendars. We have a server with NT
4.0 and I have been told in order to have calendar access to all of
staff's calendars, we need Exchange 5.5. Where could I purchase
Exchange 5.5? I have been trying to search the web but I am such a
novice that I'm not getting very far with my search!
