Well, is there a way some other worstation is configured to use a pop3 client with your account? Pop3 client can retrieve only Inbox messages, and thats exactly whats going on with your mailbox. Try to check that, ok? Take a look at Event Viewer if some other workstation is logging at Exchange Server using your mailbox.
