Read somewhere the load is on CPU, not memory or network.
That is why some site use the accelerator card to off-load CPU.
Our new Ex2k OWA server setting now we purchase 4 CPUs, because
of this reason.

The server itself is a quad xeon 700 with 4 gigs of Ram.  It runs on a
gigabyte backbone.  I hope SSL does not put too much of a load on it :)
