Hi,

It sounds as if you have failed to replicate the system and public folders
from the Exchange 5.5 server to the Exchange 2003 system. Was the Exchange
5.5 server also the first Exchange server in your 5.5 site?

Removing the last Exchange 5.5 server is not complicated but has a few
steps. Here is the kb article which explains how to do so.
