i think you are facing this coz of invalid entries given in LAT at your
proxy server. Remove public ips from the lat and you will not find
foreign session anymore.

Hi all,I have this nice problem with my NT 4.0 server, the proxy,MS 2.0,
is giving me security issues-the web proxy service and the socks proxy
service are having sessions with foreign clients.I have brainstormed
around the different options and cant seem to find a way to restrict
those two particular addresses.
Someone please help me find a way to restrict particular addresses from
access on an NT 4.0 server.
regards Paul.
