How to configure MS Exchange Server 5.5

Hi,
I have a problem with Exchange Server 5.5 configuration because I don't
have knowledge about it.
I have one PC Server (OS Windows NT Server 4.0) connected to ISP. My
Server have two Network Cards. One Network Card content the ISP IP Address
including DNS and the other one is internal IP for my local network. I
have 20 PC clients connected to that Server. Each clients have an email
address.
My questions:
1. How to configure the Exchange Server so th clients can send and receive
email.
2. I have installed the server with Proxy Server so they can access
internet. Do we need to configure the proxy ?
3. If you know websites that contain step by step configure Exchange
Server 5.5, I need it.
