Create a Recipient Mailbox Policy.  Set it to delete all messages in that
folder over 14 days or whatever time period you want.

Exchange System Manager
Recipients
right-click Recipients Policies
new
Recipient Policy
Mailbox Manager Settings
fill in the info you want and save it
