just wanted everyone to know that i have found the fic to my problem
(rules problem after migration) run outlook.exe /cleanrules then import
the rules back 

i know no one responded back but i would like to share the fix thanks

has anybody seen this problem before i have started to migrate my mail
server 5.5 to exch 2k3 with adc i have some users in 5.5 and some in 2k3
my problem is that as admin i can open 5.5 user mailbox from outlook but
users that are in exch-2k3 server i can not and users that are on the
2003 server cannot create rules the get a error rules can not be
upgraded the sever might be out of space can anybody help thanks in
advance
