Hi,

I am not sure if I posted my follow up to this email.
I used Exmerge to extract the messages but it still failed.

See below for the full exmerge log.
The 10 non-fatal errors listed correspond to the number of entries in the
Veritas BackupExec log that state "Corrupt File".
As you can see Exmerge encountered errors when copying the problem messages.

I also disabled Scanmail for Exchange real-time virus scanning, and even
stopped the TrendMicro and Scanmail Services before running Exmerge again
(as suggested by "XADM: "MAPI_W_PARTIAL_COMPLETION" Errors, Exmerge Does Not
Export Complete Mailboxes"
