Hi, I am not sure if I posted my follow up to this email. I used Exmerge to extract the messages but it still failed. See below for the full exmerge log. The 10 non-fatal errors listed correspond to the number of entries in the Veritas BackupExec log that state "Corrupt File". As you can see Exmerge encountered errors when copying the problem messages. I also disabled Scanmail for Exchange real-time virus scanning, and even stopped the TrendMicro and Scanmail Services before running Exmerge again (as suggested by "XADM: "MAPI_W_PARTIAL_COMPLETION" Errors, Exmerge Does Not Export Complete Mailboxes" http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q328642 ) Here is the ExMErge.log file: **************************************************************** Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Merge Program, v6.5.7408.1 Start Logging:December 29, 2004 10:22:39 **************************************************************** [10:22:39] Logging Level: None [10:22:39] Reading settings from file 'C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\EXMERGE.INI'.
