Exchange to notes connector problem.

Hi,
I have setup an exchange <-> notes connector on my exchange 5.5 server running
on winnt 4.0 server but couldn't get both the process LME-NOTES-NTSMEX &
LME-NOTES-MEXNTS to start. I keep getting this error message in the system log
file:
LME-NOTES-NTSMEX(005c) 1 41220:Error: no Notes Session Open
LME-NOTES-NTSMEX(015a) 1 00510:Error {GRC:2808}: The application failed to
initialize.
LME-NOTES-NTSMEX(015a) 1 41216:Cannot create new Notes Mail Box: Q1!!XSPES.BAD
LME-NOTES-MEXNTS(019d) 1 41220:Error: no Notes Session Open
LME-NOTES-MEXNTS(019d) 1 00510:Error {GRC:2808}: The application failed to
initialize.
LME-NOTES-MEXNTS(019d) 1 41216:Cannot create new Notes Mail Box: Q1!!XSPES.BAD
Q1 = Notes server name
XSPES = the connector notes user name for my exchange server.
What should I do, can anyone advise?
