Exchange stops working every morning

Hi All
I have Exchange Server 2000 deployed on Windows server2000 for the last
one year for internal mailing , it worked quit well , now suddenly for
the last one week we find it not working in the morning , to make it
work we had to restart the server , it happens every morning now days ,
I don't find any services stopped ,
What could be the reason?
