Exchange server connot connect to the domain controller

Hello Experts:
I need your help, My Exchange server can not connect to the Domain Controller,
this is what I get when I try to log on both by terminal and on the console,
"the Computer is cannot connect to the domain , either because the domain
controller is down or otherwise unavailabe, or because your computer account
was not found
Can any one help me!
