Exchange & IIS Segregation

I wanted to host a site for example http://www.myexchangexperts.com with
ip address 10.20.30.41 in one server running iis5.0 and for enabling
mail access for the domain
i will install another installing exchange server with ip 10.20.30.42.
Will the above procedure works? if yes then
Where will the mail go if outside senders wants to send mail 10.20.30.41
or 10.20.30.42 ????.
Please let me know your suggestions.
