Subject: [exchangelist] Exch2k3: limiting messages per day per user

Is there a way in Exchange 2003, of limiting the number of messages a
user can send in a day (24 hour period)? If there is such a setting (I
have not been able to locate one) can this be set per user, or is it
global per virtual SMTP server, or is it global for the whole server?
