Emails in OWA

Hi
I am running X2K on an SBS2000 machine together with ISA . All is fine
except for OWA. The OWA frames load perfectly except for the windows in
which the emails should appear. It remains white and says loading at the
top.
The IIS site on which it runs is not on port 80 due to ISA. Any ideas
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
