Email more then one domain

If you have two or more domains, can you have them come from that
domain.
IE: we would have Home.com, house.com, and work.com
If we send a email out the receipents would get email from
user@xxxxxxxx
user@xxxxxxxxx
User@xxxxxxxx
or would they all look like they came from the same domain IE @home.com
