Disclaimer Not working....

Hi,

I have Two Exchange 2003 servers,  Front end  and  back end.
I installed Mail disclaimer  on Front  end  exchange,  configured  the
rules  for both  incoming  and outgoing  mails.  But  none  of   the  mails
getting discalimer!

Where can i get the details on these .....
