Could not connect to smtp host : 10053

Hello,
I have Exchange 2003 running on a 2003 server. It is also my webserver and
I have besides my website also a forum running. Before 2 weeks ago this
forum could use my smtp server to send messages. But now I get this error:
Could not connect to smtp host : 10053 : An established connection was
aborted by the software in your host machine.
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : Error
Line : 111
File : smtp.php
I checked the acces control and the relaysettings and set everything open,
but still I get this error. Does anyone have some tips for me?
