Change password for OWA

I'm running Exchange 5.5 on Windows 2000 server.
 
I've install SSL from Verisign for my OWA, everything is running fine
except change password button.
 
I checked MS KB but nothing help.

When I click on change password button it give this error message

The page cannot be found

 
Hope someone point me to right direction.
