Hi
You have to change the Org. display name, make it without spaces and small and
no symbols, I did that before, you will get also the same problem if you the
display name of any site is a long name

Wissam

Who told you this? Did you try it in a test lab? We have also have a dot's
and "&" in our org name..
We tested and it worked.. Of course we first asked MS and compaq.. They
told that we would first have to change our org name.. That's a big project,
since it would involve Mover server wizard to do this.
thanks

Dear All,
I am facing a problem with exchange organisation name.
My organisation name has a dot(.) in the end due to
which i am not able to upgrade my exchange server 5.5
to 2000.
Is there any workaround for this?? Can i change my
organisation name without reinstallation? If yes,
how?? if no, then how can i upgrade with the (.).I
have 17 servers across globe connected and now i am
not able to upgrade to 2k.
