are you using Exmerge or just exporting out of outlook. If you are not using 
exmerge, give that a shot. Insure that the administrator has full rights at the 
top of the store.

Dear Sir, 
My customer has Exchange 5.5, When he try export his inbox to *.pst file, 
It start export but at middle get the message : "Some items could not be 
copied. 
They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied" 
What could be the problem ?
