Doing some research I found that it is actually has a password problem. The funny thing is that I did remove veritas service and agent from exchange, rebooted the box, and installed the veritas remote agent to exchange, It doesn't let me to install remote agent using domain administrator so I tired the local admin for exchange and it installed perfectly. Then rebooted the mail server and since then again it wouldn't let me to access the mail store and get access denied no matter using local or domain admin. I don't think I should change the service logon user from system to domain administrator. Has anyone faced this issue here? Any help or hint would be appreciated.
