Ok , you can find useful information in Microsoft Knowledge DataBase.
There are many detail instructions for this title . So , you will make backup
of IS and DS just from the command line (using or not using Sheduler) .

  I have PDC where exchange server is installed.  I also have BDC where I want 
to install another exchanger server which servers as a backup server for 
exchange so that in the case of disaster of primary user should not interrupt.

  I need help!!!!!!I have come to situation where I have been asked to 
configure a backup exchange server. I already have Windows NT backup server but 
not backup for exchange. I am using exchange 5.5. 

  Is there any possibility to configure a backup exchange server??? If it is
