Hi Jared

I am assuming, please correct me if I am mistaken, that you are doing an
in-place upgrade. It depends what version of Backup Exec. you are running.
If you are running a version that supports Exchange 2000 already I cannot
see why there would be any cost involved. You will need that Veritas support
this scenario from a purely technical standpoint.

Are you sure your hardware is up to it as the demands of Windows\Exchange
2000 are quite a lot higher than NT\5.5.

I am afraid I cannot on Groupshield as I am not familiar with it.

Hope that helps.

Regards,

Paul Lemonidis.
