- To access public folder using OWA click on the Public folder option to
the bottom left corner in the left pane a new window should open up. Type
in the credentials and u should be able to see all public folder on this
server. Click on the Public folder and u should be able to see the post.
However, if you cannot access puglic folder IN OWA then you need to
troubleshoot IIS. Check if its listed In IIS.
