Archiving email

Has anybody seen or experience this problem before? When manually archiving
email on Outlook 2000 the following errors appear on the archive log.
Error while archiving folder "FolderName1" in store "Mailbox - Username".
Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access
was denied.
Error while archiving folder "FolderName2 "Mailbox - Username". Some items
could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was
denied.
I have more that one user complaining about it.
