As stated before ....

Server side fowarding:

Exchange 5.5:

System manager - Select Mailbox to forward - Properties - Delivery
Options - Bottom of dialog box is a space to forward to another email
address.  You can also have a copy of the message reside in the orginal
inbox and to the forwarding address.

Exchange 2000

Active Directory Users & Loosers - Right click user - Exchange General -
Delivery Options.  Same as above.

I know how to setup Custom Recipients and Contacts to forward messages
to; and I also know about the Rules Wizard.  However, in this scenario,
the clients will only be using OWA.
