Address list problems

I am trying to create a new address list for all users display names
beginning with CR. I have created the list, and the preview is fine.
However, from the Outlook XP client, if I open this address list I don't
see any entries under it. It is blank. All the default address lists are
visible.
Any help would be appreciated.
