Add the user and give them owner rights. They will have the same rights.
The Managed tab just provides information really on the person to
contact with regards to the DL. You can only add one person to this tab

Mark,
I have created a DL in exchange 2000.It contains few users.
In the MANAGED tab of the DL properties i have added a user.
My question is ,i want to add more than one owner for the DL.
