Access Problems

One of my clients(W2K SP4, E2K SP3, 40 workstations all WinXP) users has
been having repeated problems logging into the Exchange Server. They can
log into the Domain no problem, but when they open Outlook, a login box
appears asking for the username, password and exchange server name. The
system will not accept their information and denies access to Exchange.
I've gone in and reset this users password, but the system still will
not allow them access to Exchange. This problem does not happen
consistently. Sometimes they get in immediately, sometimes it takes
three reboots, sometimes they don't get in all day. Accessing everything
else on the domain is not a problem.

 

Can someone point me in the right direction here? Much obliged.
