http://www.msexchange.org -------------------------------------------------------If you are working in Outlook cached mode, which Outlook 2003 does by default when setting up a profile, the Address Book you are seeing is the Offline Address Book (OAB). The OAB only gets refreshed once a day by default at 5:00AM. In ESM goto <Org>\Recipients\Offline Address Lists and right click on "Off-Line Address List" and choose properties, you can also force a Rebuild from here. Set the schedule to refresh the OAB more often. Do they show up in the Exchange address list? In ESM goto <Org>\Recipients\All Address Lists Right click on All Contacts and choose properties Then click on Preview... If the contacts don't show up in their after the RUS has run, and you have verified it has, turn up logging. If it doesn't show up in Outlook, when in cached mode, but it does in Exchange even after you rebuild the OAB turn up logging.
