Hi,
in regard of flagging the bagrut certificate, these students will anyway be
needing to use their accomodations at the colleges and universities once
they get there. Some institutions even require that their students be tested
again by their own assessors because many of these assessments are in many
cases "semi-authentic" and do not recommend the accomodations that the
students really needs (or does not need...).
so what i'm saying is: if a certain number of the accomodated students are
indeed learning disabled, there should not be a need to hide this from the
universities and the latter should not let this interfere with their
addmissions policy ( does it ???)
