[etni] results of polls

Okay guys so 67% think we should do away with book reports (NOT the 
reading itself) and 70% of veteran teachers think so... but what will 
actually be done with these results, let alone all the other Etni polls ? 
does anyone really CARE what the teachers in the field actually think 
about anything ? Judging by what is happening in the Ministry it doesn't 
look like it.
