[etni] question to teachers in the south - re "magen" grades

how are you figuring the "school grade" (magen) for the winter bagrut?

are you giving an extra 10 pts for the matkonet test (like they will
get in the bagrut), and leaving the 30% lit/ book reports/ project
grade as is?

or are you using the "real" matkonet grade they got in the test (after
giving the kids the extra time for the test) and adding 10 points to
the final magen grade?

or are you giving the plain old magen, with no additions?

or are you doing it in some other way i haven't thought of?
