[etni] oral bagrut testing

During summer training at Nir Ha'emk I understood that on the oral bagrut
pupils are tested on the project they did the year they take the oral bagrut.
First of all, is this true?
What happens if pupils finish the two projects by yod-aleph yet take the
written exam in yod-bet? Are they tested orally in yod-aleph when they did
their second project or a year later when they take the written exam? If the
latter is true, they are being tested on a project done a year before.
