[etni] number the messages in the digest

I'd like to recommend that the messages in the digest be numbered. This
enables the reader to scroll down to the desired message without checking on
the way where he is.
Thanks for an interesting, informative and helpful list. (Actually, the
whole ETNI site is marvelous!)
