Do you really think that the same should be expected from a 4 pointer, as
from a 5 pointer?  I have always said the exact OPPOSITE of what you are
saying: there should be a separate scale for 4 pointers' oral tests, just as
the writing rubric is different for 4 and 5 pointers.
