[etni] Union Dues

Dear All,
I, for one, thought Lev was right back when he posted saying he stopped
paying the Irgun's dues.
However, I didn't do anything about it myself.
I am know rethinking this issue.
Does anyone have any idea what a teacher's status is when she is teaching in
a HS but is not listed with either union?
Does she lose out in any situation? For instance, if there is a new salary
agreement (hopefully :) a raise) reached by the Irgun, what happens to those
not in the Irgun?
When I have the answer to this question and others like it, I will seriously
think of stopping the payments.
Any info would be great.
