Teachers Get 'Walkthrough' Training

Some North Carolina school districts are using "walkthroughs" to help
improve the teaching skills of their staff. The plan calls for a team of
master teachers to visit classrooms and observe teaching techniques. Methods
seen as effective are then shared with other teachers at the school.
